Excellent read. I started the intermittent fasting diet several weeks ago. Although the hunger was initially difficult, my body adapted and it became easier. I started to eat less and now I can eat 2 meals a day without starving. I can now fast for 16 hours and hope to increase it to 20 hours. Highly recommend.
This book is helpful in getting started doing intermittent fasting. I did find the author just repeats the same information over and over again, chapter after chapter, which makes it a bit boring to read.
Fasting is easy and effective. I don’t have to count my calories and only have 1-2 meals a day. Above all, I don’t feel hungry all the time like I used to. I feel great. Thanks, Connor Thompson for helping me lose weight and become healthier.
